Phoenix Consulting Services is a veteran owned, small business operated by Gordon McIntosh.

Mr. McIntosh has extensive experience with Common Criteria evaluations; previously the laboratory manager, lead evaluator and principle consultant at a US based Common Criteria Testing Laboratory, and as a common criteria architect while at a leading hardware and software company. Because of the extensive experience in these roles, Mr. McIntosh fully understands the certification process and can help customers avoid the pitfalls that plague many evaluations.
